How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped. In most cases, your order will reach you within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within Australia. Our focus is on offering the best possible experience for our local customers. If we expand our reach in the future, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? That’s okay. You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging included. Just email us at info@lizoto.com, and our team will help you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
